Frustrations

Sorry about the last blog i some how lost it within the crazy internet. Oh the journeys i ahve taken and you all have missed, not. The big city is not as exciting as i hoped. Well i should say it has been the time of my life so far! School is going great, i have a couple of new buddies and im stoked for snowboarding! Well have been going home a lot but everytime i get more and more excited. Well if anyone is curious my days basically go like this, wake up shower, eat go to school, until 9:30, work out til 11 then go back to school then at 3:30 im on the water paddeling, go home by 6 eat homeowork and then finally sleep! It is kind of nice not having time to sit around and waste time, but life as an athlete has made me have to get rid of some old habits, such as pop tarts, although i am quite sad to part with them, it is a risk i am willing to take. As i sit here in my bedroom i look around and notice, this is my new home. This has been quite the change. I remember at home i didnt have to worry about anything, i would go to school and come home and that was that, know i have to take care of my boat like it is a car, make sure not to hurt myself, eat properly, remember my laptop, grab my books and on top of that i am losing things everywhere! I dont have a mommy anymore, even though karen has been awesome and making me lunches! I am still losing things and its scary. I cant even imagine what ethan us going through other then utter freedom. I still see ethan from time to time but i cant even look at him in the way i used to, he almost seems bigger then me (even though he is 5'9) because he looks like an adult. I wonder what this move has changed my image. But this is life and it is something i will forget very shortly. One thing i wont forget though is the times i have had in the the crowsnest pass. My goal was to try and keep in contact with bubble, gangles and geordie. They know who they are. And so far its going well. Oh and i cant forget the wonderful chalee. And erik. And many others, they know who they are. But Calgary has been a life changing experience and even after a month i can't tell the difference between what to do and what not to do around these city kids. But oh well. I have a poster in my room with the famous Dan Osman(well rock climbing famous) On the poster it has a two quotes the first is" Reality is in fact virtual" and the second is "Don't let your fears stand in the way of you're dreams" These two quotes are amazing, they are very inspiring to me, if you can't get the first one think of what you are reading in front of you, feel your pocket and theres a way of communication that Alexander Graham Bell never thought would come of his creation.
